These Terms apply to https://nwanauto.com (the "Site"), operated under the Nwan Auto brand by 南湾（杭州）跨境电子商务有限公司. Our business and contact details appear in section 14.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as they apply to your use or purchase. If you place an order for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not place an order through the Site. If a specific product or offer has additional terms, we will make those terms available before you purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use the Site to browse products, request information and make lawful purchases. You are responsible for providing accurate information when you contact us or place an order. Do not interfere with the Site, use it for fraud or attempt to access systems or data without authorisation. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Site or our legal rights.

3. Account Registration

You may be able to purchase without creating an account, depending on the checkout options available. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly at info@nwanauto.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for keeping your account and order contact information current. Account features may change, but this does not remove rights relating to orders already placed.

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available through the Site's footer.

4. Orders and Payments

Product availability, prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes are presented during the ordering process. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

Before acceptance, we may contact you to resolve a pricing error, unavailable item, suspected fraud or address issue. We will not impose a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will notify you and issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method. After acceptance, your contractual and statutory rights continue to apply.

Payment methods shown at checkout are processed by the available payment providers. We do not ask you to send payment credentials by email. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges. Card payment and guest checkout options depend on what the payment provider makes available for your transaction.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only to destinations available at checkout. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, carrier options and restrictions are described in our Shipping & Delivery page and, where applicable, at checkout:

Free standard UK delivery and any paid express option apply as displayed at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not remove your legal rights if delivery is late or goods are not delivered. Where applicable UK law provides, goods remain at our risk until received by you or someone you nominate, subject to any lawful exception where you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer.

If international orders are offered, any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout will be explained in the applicable shipping information before purchase. We will not use this clause to transfer charges to you that we are legally required to bear.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer 30-day returns and free return shipping for eligible UK orders, subject to that policy and your statutory rights. Contact info@nwanauto.com before posting a return so that we can arrange the correct label and return reference.

Your legal rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain in effect. Our return administration process does not restrict statutory cancellation rights. If a package or item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where possible, supporting photographs so that we can investigate.

7. Product Information and Vehicle Compatibility

We aim to keep descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and compatibility information accurate. Images may show multiple components; the included items are stated in the product listing. Minor packaging or appearance changes will not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Automotive compatibility may depend on more than make, model and year, including trim, body style, production date, bumper design, engine, drivetrain, original equipment number and local vehicle specification. Before ordering, compare the listing's part number and fitment details with your vehicle, and contact info@nwanauto.com if uncertain. A search result or vehicle selector alone is not a fitment guarantee. This does not override any specific compatibility statement we make in a listing or directly to you.

Inspect and compare the part before installation. Follow the supplied instructions and use a qualified installer when appropriate. Do not drill, paint, cut or permanently attach a part until you have checked its suitability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are aftermarket accessories and are not represented as vehicle-manufacturer original equipment. You should check any applicable road-use, inspection, insurance or vehicle modification requirements before installation. We will correct material listing errors and address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site's original text, layout, images and branding are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names, vehicle names, part numbers and trademarks may belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products or compatibility. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply an endorsement or affiliation.

You may use the Site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission or another legal basis.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not submit false orders or payment details; use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Site; introduce malicious code; infringe the rights of others; or use the Site in violation of applicable law. We may refuse or cancel transactions that reasonably appear fraudulent or unlawful, subject to applicable notice and refund requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse or installation contrary to the product's instructions or stated specifications, or by circumstances for which we have no legal responsibility. Events outside our reasonable control do not remove your applicable rights concerning delivery, cancellation or refunds.

This section does not affect remedies available to you for products that are faulty, not as described or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for your own unlawful use of the Site. Any claim concerning loss caused by that conduct will be assessed under applicable law. These Terms do not impose an automatic obligation on consumers to indemnify us for all losses or legal costs, and do not make you responsible for loss caused by our own actions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our business, our products or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any required consent.

The version of these Terms applicable when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree to a later change. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom or the consumer's country of residence apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you retain the protections and access to courts provided by applicable mandatory law.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution process required by applicable law. We welcome the opportunity to resolve a problem directly: please email info@nwanauto.com. Contacting us first is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a legal remedy.

If you contact us about an existing order, include your order number. Please do not send full payment card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials by email.
